I actually uninstalled V2, just felt it didn't look that better over the first version. The taxiway textures still don't exist...the lines are drawn on top of the base image so all in all the textures you see in front of you look blurred and far from sharp.....it also seems like a very dark base image too. Ill try this update and see what I think then but I wouldn't say JFK is one of FSDTs best....Vancouver is brill but again it seems laying down a taxiway texture and ramp textures are a no no for FSDT...Something Flytampa and Flightbeam do very well

It's not that they don't want to do it, it's because simmers expect so much realism and down to earth textures now. They do have a taxiway texture over the ground poly (most likely a single one), but I doubt non developers will notice it because they are too quick to judge a scenery. Just think for a second.. If they were to put a poly with a texture over each of the different colors (asphalt & concrete) it would cost more in FPS, oh but wait you all want your previous frames so they must sacrifice the polys for frames. Make sense now?

Check your zoom ratio. Needs to be between 50% to 60% to avoid problems with the raxiways.

The zoom ratio is not an issue anymore in the 2.1 update. The taxiway yellow lines are now visible in every zoom setting, but you MUST install the 2.1 update.
