New Previews from 29Palms Skiathos X!

FSX/P3D. 29Palms has provided AirDailyX with some new previews from Skiathos X! This time around the captures illustrate static vehicles and aircraft. The previews look superb but please remember these are work in progress shots and as always there may be changes. See more shots inside.

Stunning! Besides the wonderful statics, my eye felt on the crisp textured grounddetail. I can totally understand John Venema's choice of developer for Cardiff Intl.
Orbx + 29Palms = my perfect fsworld.

Thanks for sharing Mark :)

Thanks for your kind comment John!
But we're still not really satisfied with the ground quality, especially the sidewalks need a rework.
As Mark mentioned: Work in progress :)

WIP or not, STUNNING work thus far! Without a doubt, one of the most anticipated projects of the year for me.

I hope they will implement AI aircraft shadows. Nothing kills the realism more than seeing AI aircraft with no shadow, levitating above the ground. I will skip this scenery like I did the last if they can't overcome this obstacle that so many other developers have overcome.

Why not turning on FS shadows?

Lovely work Lars. Respect!

You can see why Orbx loves these guys! They will soon start on EGHI Southampton Intl for us.

Nice work, Lars. However, it is becoming too frequent and obvious that developers are adding too much darker shades to objects. The aicraft in the picture shows exactly what I am referring to. Shadows become more unrealistically obvious in the night. Can you tone the darker shades abit or am I seeing ENB in the works here.

Thanks for your comments!
Concerning the shadows, it's indeed the ENB mod. Without it it looks very realistic, caused by our rendering engine. However, I personally like those darker shadows. It's a matter of taste I guess.
